== Layout Summary ==

The layout of a full application should be like this by now:

 <nowiki>	start of code
		program job codes, data etc.
		internal handler
		job handler
	end of code
		initialisation (setup internal etc.)
	end of code to be relocated
		execution (relocation)
		relocation BitMap</nowiki>

Because of memory space the initialisation code should be placed
outside the reserved memory limit of the program, as it is only called once
and not needed again.
